Product Description

2. The co-current spray drying method can make the droplets flow in the same direction as the hot air. Although the temperature of the hot air is high, the hot air enters the drying chamber and immediately contacts the spray droplets, and the indoor temperature drops sharply, so that the dry material is not heated excessively. Therefore, it is suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.
3. Since the drying process is completed in an instant, the finished particles can basically keep the droplets approximately spherical, and the product has good dispersibility, fluidity and solubility.
4. The production process is simplified and the operation and control are convenient. Spray drying is usually used for solutions with a moisture content of 50-80%. Even if the moisture content of a special material is as high as 90%, it can be dried into a powdery product at one time. After most products are dried, no further pulverization is required, which reduces the production process and simplifies. The production process has improved the purity of the product. For the particle size, bulk density and moisture of the product, within a certain range, the operating conditions can be changed for adjustment, control and management are very convenient.
5. In order to prevent the material from being polluted and prolong the life of the equipment, all parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel 304. For the convenience of operation, the control system adopts integrated operation, that is, the indicating device for installing various components in the control cabinet and Opening and closing device.

Dryer use:
In order to ensure the quality of the product, it must be fully cleaned before use, and should be disinfected according to the requirements of the product.
1. The following checks should be made before use:
1. Whether the sealing material is installed at the pipe joint, and then connect it to ensure that it is not heated.
Air enters the drying chamber.
2. Check if the door and observation window are closed and check for air leaks.
3. The bottom of the barrel and the pollinator at the bottom of the cyclone should be checked for looseness before installation. The pollinator can be tightened before it is removed, and the pollinator must be cleaned and dried.
4. Check if the rotation direction of the centrifuge is correct.
5. Adjust the butterfly valve at the exit of the centrifugal fan. Do not close the butterfly valve, otherwise the electric heater and the air inlet pipe will be damaged. This must be paid enough attention.
6. Is the connection pipe of the feed pump connected, and the direction of rotation of the motor and pump is correct.
7. Place the spray head on the top of the drying room to prevent it from leaking.
Second, run
1. First turn on the centrifugal fan, then turn on the electric heating, and check if there is any air leakage.
Preheating of the barrel body, the preheating of the hot air determines the evaporation capacity of the drying equipment, and the inlet air temperature should be increased as much as possible without affecting the quality of the material to be dried.
2. Preheating into the top of the drying chamber to place the spray head. The bottom of the drying chamber and the lower part of the cyclone separator must be blocked to prevent cold air from entering the drying chamber and reduce the preheating efficiency.
3. When the inlet temperature of the drying chamber reaches 180 °C-220 °C, the centrifugal spray head is loaded. Turn on the centrifugal nozzle. When the spray head reaches the maximum speed, turn on the feed pump and add the feed liquid. The amount of feed should be from small to large, otherwise the sticking will occur until the appropriate requirements are adjusted. The concentration of the feed liquid should be formulated according to the temperature at which the material is dried to ensure good fluidity of the finished product after drying.
4, the temperature and humidity of the dried product, depending on the exhaust air temperature, in the operation process, it is extremely important to keep the exhaust air temperature constant, depending on the amount of material to be discharged, the material volume is stable, and the outlet temperature is Not changed. The outlet temperature also changes if the solids content and flow rate of the feed liquid changes.
5, the product temperature is too high, can reduce the amount of feed to increase the outlet temperature, the product temperature is too low, and vice versa. For heat sensitive materials with lower product temperatures, the amount of feed can be increased to reduce the exhaust air temperature, but the temperature of the product will increase accordingly.
6. The dried product is collected. In the polluter of the lower part of the tower body and the lower part of the cyclone separator, the pollinator should be replaced before it is filled. When the pollinator is replaced, the butterfly valve must be replaced before the butterfly valve can be replaced.
7. If the dried product has hygroscopicity, the cyclone separator and its pipeline, and the part of the pollinator is wrapped with insulating material, so as to avoid moisture respiration of the dried product.
Dryer maintenance and maintenance:
Maintenance of the centrifugal nozzle is particularly important in order to operate smoothly at high speeds.
1. If there is noise and vibration during the use of the nozzle, stop the nozzle immediately and check if there is any residual substance in the spray tray. If any, it should be cleaned in time.
2. Check the bearing and bushing, and whether the transmission parts such as shafts and gears are abnormal. If they are found, the damaged parts should be replaced in time.
3. The mechanical transmission nozzle adopts high-speed gear rotation. It must be continuously circulated and cooled by high-speed lubrication and cooling oil, so that the gears, shafts and bearings are well lubricated. (Use hydraulic oil or spindle oil) The viscosity of the oil used should not be too high.
4. In order to increase the service life of the nozzle, it is best to alternate the nozzles for 8 hours or rotate according to the situation. The lubricating oil of the rolling bearing should be exchanged once in 150-200 hours. In the 1-2 hours of use, the oil cup switch can be added to add a few drops of lubricating oil to the bushing. The small handle on the top of the oil cup will be turned up and down a few times, and it will pollute the product due to too much fuel.
5. After use, the spray disc should be removed, immersed in water and discharged, and the residual material should be washed with water. Brush it with a brush when it is not washed with water. Because the residual material on the spray plate will bring the spray plate unbalance, which will seriously affect the service life of the spray head and even damage other parts.
6. When disassembling the spray head, care should be taken not to bend the spindle into the spray disc and use the gap between the control panel and the housing. The nut of the fixed spray disc must be tightened to prevent loosening.
7. Do not lay down after the nozzle is finished and during transportation. Improper placement will cause the spindle to bend and affect the use. Therefore, there should be a fixed frame.
